Happiest Health is a health and wellness knowledge enterprise founded by Mr Ashok Soota in 2022. With its foundation as a highly differentiated source of credible and trustworthy health and wellness knowledge in the digital space, Happiest Health has now expanded into print, Health Summits and Wellness Programmes. In 2024, the next expansion would be into technology led Healthcare services which would include Preventive tests, Nutrition Consulting services and other areas like online patient monitoring and others. The vision of the organization is to be India’s topmost source of trusted health and wellness knowledge in the next 3 years and to be amongst the top 10 in the world by 2030.
Who’s promoting it?
Ashok Soota, executive chairman of Happiest Minds. As an entrepreneur, he has had a stellar career — he steered Wipro to its IT giant status, launched and led Mindtree to a successful IPO; he then repeated the feat with Happiest Minds and is now passionately and actively working towards making Happiest Health a success.
In April 2021, Ashok launched SKAN, India’s first private sector-led, non-profit organization exclusively dedicated to carry out medical research on ageing, neurological disorders and gut microbiome-brain axis with a commitment of Rs 3,750 million (USD 50 million, approx.). He also established in 2011 Ashirvadam, a Trust for environmental projects and assistance to the needy.
Ashok holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Roorkee (now called Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee) and a Master of Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.
Ashok is co-author of the national bestseller – “Entrepreneurship Simplified: From Idea to IPO” and his hobbies include trekking, the outdoors, yoga, taichi, meditation and swimming.
Is it a digital-only platform?
No. HAPPIEST HEALTH publishes a monthly magazine (you can subscribe to it here) that is available at a newsstand near you within India. For customers abroad, you can subscribe to emagzter version here.
The knowledge available on the digital and print platforms will then be published as books with in-depth information on various health- and wellness-related topics. In addition, Happiest Health is now also organising on ground Health Summits in Bangalore and will soon be offering Wellness services.
