Our curated events and webinars are focused to offer You the priceless gift of health and wellness and knowledge, for which, we charge a reasonable fee. Further, to make things easier, we offer an effortlessly simple Cancel and Refund Policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

How to cancel
You can cancel an order related to participation in an event/webinar by clicking on the Cancel button that appears in the event/webinar.

From where to cancel
You can click on Cancel button that appears in the event/webinar by using any of the three mediums viz.,: (1) App, (2) Website, (3) Mobile Site.

What if You are not able to cancel
In case You are unable to cancel an order, please mail us at support@happiesthealth.com

By when to cancel
You can cancel an order related to participation in an event/webinar any time before the start of the event/webinar. However, please note that You will be eligible for a FULL REFUND only if You cancel at-least 24 hours before the start of the event/webinar. Nevertheless, if it relates to a rescheduled event/webinar, then it can be cancelled by You any time before the start of the rescheduled event/webinar and we shall give You FULL REFUND. Also refer to the complete Refund Policy for more details.

If Happiest Health cancels or reschedules any scheduled event/webinar
Happiest Health is genuinely committed to always honour the scheduled events/webinars for the convenience and benefit of everyone. However, we reserve the right of rescheduling or cancelling any event/webinar due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We shall endeavour to intimate You regarding this change at-least 12 hours in advance from the start of the originally scheduled program.

 

Refund Policy

Refund of the registration amount at cancelation?
You will get Refund for:
Successful cancellation of order within the stipulated time frame i.e. for cancellations done at-least 24 hours before the start of the event/webinar
Multiple debits to Your Card/Bank Account due to technical error
Excess amount of debit to Your account in a single transaction due to technical error
Program cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Credit of the refunded amount
Refund of the amount will be processed by way of credit to Your original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet, as the case may be.

Processing time of the refund
We always endeavour to promptly process the refund and credit it to You at the earliest, ideally within 7-10 working days, and latest within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the order.

Full refund
You will generally get a FULL REFUND.

Refund guidelines under different circumstances
Please note that Your refund may get delayed, if:
Your Bank delays or rejects to honour the Payment Instruction,
Circumstances beyond the control of the Company like natural disasters, fire, flood, bank strikes, power failure, systems failure due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an external force, etc.
