• Lead the Healthcare Services Profit Centre for Happiest Health
• Will include services under development like Diagnostics, Doctor’s Program.
• Expand into new opportunities like Second Opinion services, Nutrition services and also explore services like HBOT and physiotherapy.
• Create ideas for new services which can be delivered virtually.
• Will head services delivery, sales, marketing, and operations teams for the business.
• Create market awareness and consumer need on the importance of new tests such as Gut Microbiome and Immunotherapy tests thereby helping to create new services based on these tests.

Work with the editorial team to identify stories that can be promoted on various social media. Formulate a different strategy for each social media depending on its appeal and reach. Experiment with various formats and work with the respective team to create the same and ensure maximum reach. Should have a deep understanding and working of various social media, especially Facebook, Twitter, Insta and Pinterest. Should have a substantial following on any one or all of the social media listed above. Should have worked with content, either in a media house or a content creation company. Should be fluent in English Fluency and ability to post in multiple languages will be preferred. Job description

• You will have to coordinate with the agencies that are translating English content to Bangla; ensure that the stories are sent and received as per agreed timelines.
• Run a quality check on each of the stories received and ask the agency for a second or third iteration.
• Sign off on the final version; this means that you are now responsible for the quality of the translation.
• Upload the story on the CMS and ensure everything is working fine, including external and internal links.
• Coordinate with the photo team and ensure that the right picture goes with the story.
• Promote the story on social media to ensure it gets maximum visibility.
• Coordinate with the writer to answer all queries that are generated on the story; answer readers’ questions and build a connect with them.
• Generate weekly or monthly reports on the stories created and their traction.
• Run special campaigns in high footfall areas and/or hospitals to create brand awareness.
• You may be required to organize interviews/webinars with doctors in the language. You should be able to coordinate such interviews/webinars.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a master s degree in the language.
• Has 4-5 years’ experience in English to language translation in a reputed newspaper/content company
• Is confident in front of the camera.
• Can conduct interviews in the field or in the studio.
• Has had experience organizing events.
• Is conscious of the differences/nuances in every region where language is spoken and can pitch the story accordingly.
