1.0 INTRODUCTION

“Platform” means and includes “HappiestHealth.com”, all micro sites, print media and any other media that is currently hosted (or to be hosted) by Happiest Health on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp etc. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from all these sources, our website, mobile sites, applications (“apps”), conferences, events, and electronic newsletters or communications that link to this Privacy Policy.

Any representations as to a user’s age is taken at face value. In case of minors accessing the Platform, we caution supervision by the person holding parental responsibility over the minor. We do not solicit or seek any information from minors. However, if we are made aware of such information being shared, the minor shall be un-subscribed, and all information supplied shall be deleted at the earliest.

Should you prefer not to keep up to date with Platform related news and services, please click on the ‘unsubscribe link’ in any communications that you receive from us. Further, you may withdraw any prior consent given to us by contacting us on the email provided herein below.
