Ayurvedic remedies to ease your sore throat

Boil one tablespoon of triphala powder with rock salt in 200 ml of water for five minutes, then gargle with the filtered extract.

Herbal coffee

Prepare herbal coffee by combining dried ginger, coffee powder, black pepper, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and basil leaves. 

Crush 3-4 cloves of garlic blend with one tablespoon of honey and make a paste and consume. This combination has antibiotic and antiviral property.

Boil water, add turmeric, ginger, and clove, and simmer for ten minutes. Consume this turmeric tea. Studies have shown that curcumin has anti-inflammatory properties.

Apply a paste of purple sow thistle herb and garlic externally to the throat area. Keep for 15 minutes and wipe the area with warm water. This herb helps to reduce inflammation and pain.

HAvoid consuming curd at night, dry snacks, grapes, spicy foods, carbonated drinks, cold water, taking a head bath, and exercising, as they may worsen a sore throat.
