Here are tips to make your summer training sessions efficient and productive, leading to sustainable gains and transforming your body.

Focus on eating a balanced diet rich in lean protein, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats.

Ample fluid intake before, during and after the workout is crucial while training in summer. Opt for electrolyte-rich drinks or tender coconut water in long or sweaty sessions.

Hydrate properly

Exercising in the evening or early morning is beneficial as the temperature is lower and can help one work out more consistently. If you have AC, the afternoon works too.
