Follow a healthy sleep cycle. Sleeping sound for 6-7 hours every day helps manage migraine.
Consume three servings of vegetables and two servings of fruits every day to prevent constipation during migraine.
Minimise fluid intake during meals. Replace milk or milk tea with ginger, coriander, and black tea.
Drink a glass of buttermilk mixed with asafoetida, curry leaves, rock salt and ginger.
Apply the mustard paste on the forehead for 10-15 minutes. This can be a great pain relief.
Get out of the house. Enjoy the natural light and fresh air every day for at least 15 minutes.
