A low-carb diet, 7km walk a day, yoga and weight training are what helped Srikant Chonnad stay off meds, he tells Happiest Health in this interview. Srikant's sugar levels went up to diabetic levels post Covid. The IT Professional has a family history of diabetes and he was pre-diabetic before Covid. While he took his medications as per doctor's advice for a month, he did not want to continue this lifelong.
