My Story | Battling Parkinson’s disease

Parkinson's disease is a long-term degenerative condition initially affecting the motor system, leading to slow movement, tremor, and imbalance. It also involves other complications like cognitive impairment, mental health disorders, sleep disorders and sensory disturbances. Rajeev Gupta, a former IT professional and author of the book Destination Unknown My Journey with Parkinson's talks about his battle with the disease that has no cure yet. Exercises, reading, solving crosswords, support from friends and family keep him going. Watch his story.
