While technology has improved lives everywhere, its rampant and unmonitored use affects the brain health, especially in children. These effects are worsened by other lifestyle factors like lack of sleep, less play and not enough nutrition from diet. Dr Neelu Desai, child neurologist from P.D. Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai touches upon how these habits affect the brain and what are some other habits children (as well as parents) can inculcate into their daily lives to improve their brain health.
