Once the darling of the masses, seed and vegetable oils are now being questioned for the adverse health effects they may cause – especially because of the high Omega-6 content. Cold-pressed oils, on the other hand, are gaining traction for their healthier Omega-3 values and also the traditional way in which they are extracted.
